    Charteris announces that on 17 December 2008, options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares")
were granted to the following directors for nil consideration. The options have an exercise price of 9.5 pence per share, are subject to
performance conditions and are exercisable in the period from 17 December 2011 to 16 December 2018.
