APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Coburg is pleased to announce that Jeremy Maynard joined the board on Friday 7
February 2003.  Mr Maynard, formerly Managing Director of Langdons Food Plc
between 1987 and 1996 and Non-Executive Director of Langdon's (Coffee & Tea)
Limited, will take the role of Non-Executive Director.

The following information falls to be disclosed in relation to Jeremy Steven
Philip Maynard (aged 48) in accordance with paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM
Rules.

Mr Maynard who is a Business Development Consultant to J L Moore & Sons Limited
has been Non-Executive Director of Langdons (Coffee & Tea) Limited from April
2002 to February 2003 and was formerly Managing Director of Motherhemp Limited
from Jan 2001 to Jan 2002.  He was also Managing Director of Neals Yard (Natural
Remedies) Limited.

Save as noted above there are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to
Schedule 2, rule (f) (ii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules in respect of Mr Maynard.
