                               Holding in Company



The Board of Chariot announces that the Company received formal notification on
1 February 2007 from Astinway Limited that, on 31 January 2007, Astinway Limited
disposed of 17,800,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Chariot representing
25.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. Astinway Limited no longer has
a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of Chariot.



On 1 February 2007, the Company also received formal notification from FBI Media
Limited that, on 31 January 2007, they acquired 18,450,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in Chariot representing 26.0% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
