The Board of Chariot announces that the Company received formal notification on
26 March 2007 from Barclays PLC, on behalf of Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, that,
as at 8 March 2007, they had an indirect interest in 5,638,520 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 7.95% of the current issued share capital of the
Company.


On 26 March 2007 the Board of Chariot also received formal notification from
Grange Nominees Limited that they had a direct interest in 4,085,000 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 5.76% of the current issued share capital of
the Company.


The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company.
