Directorate changes



FishWorks (Symbol: FSH) announces that it has today accepted from Anthony Fisher
and Nicholas Stanley their resignations as Non-executive Directors of the Group,
with immediate effect. FishWorks is also pleased to announce the appointment of
David Singleton as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Details of
Mr Singleton's other current and past directorships are set out in the appendix
below.

The Board changes follow the re-organisation of the executive Board and
subsequent refinancing of the Group, which was approved at the EGM held on 12
April.

Commenting on these changes, Gary Ashworth, Non-Executive Chairman of FishWorks
plc, said:

"We would like to thank Tony and Nick for all their help over the years,
including the flotation of FishWorks on AIM, in their roles as Non-Executive
Directors of the Group.

"FishWorks has now embarked on a new phase with a clear direction, the right
management team and strong financial controls. As Non-Executive Chairman, I will
continue to play an active role in shaping the Group to build shareholder value
and am delighted that David is joining the team bringing with him invaluable
experience and expertise; we will look to strengthen the Board further in due
