In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R HarbourVest Senior Loans Europe Limited announces that Mrs Sarah Evans, a Non Executive Director, has informed the Company that she is a Non-Executive Director of JPMorgan Senior Secured Loan Fund Limited, which was admitted to listing on the London Stock Exchange on 19 December 2013.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mrs Evans.
