HTP Hat Pin

    On 29 June 2006 Terry Hitchcock, the Non-executive Chairman of the
Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares inthe Company at a purchase
price of 76.75 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Terry Hitchcock's total holding is now
1,210,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 7.60per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
