                  Imagelinx plc ("Imagelinx" or the "Company") 
                          Result of High Court hearing 
Following the Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2010 and at which all 
resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed, the Company is pleased to 
confirm that a High Court order was obtained on 15 June 2010 confirming the 
reduction of share capital of the Company through the cancellation of the 
deferred shares of 4.9p each in the capital of the Company (the "Deferred 
Shares") and the cancellation of the share premium account in relation to 
resolutions 9 and 10. 
As set out in the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 
December 2009, the Company had an accumulated deficit on its profit and loss 
reserve of GBP45,094,000 which had arisen as a result of past losses.  The High 
Court order to cancel the Company's share premium account and Deferred Shares 
has resulted in the creation of a new reserve of GBP52,807,000 against which the 
Company expects to credit its profit and loss reserve.
