energy-focused development company announces that Louis Scheepers,
the Company's Chief Operating Officer, and a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) under the Company's Share Dealing
Policy Code has traded Kibo shares on Friday, Aug 4, 2023. (the
