PDMR/PCA Dealing
Intelligent Ultrasound Group plc (AIM: IUG), the 'classroom to
clinic' ultrasound company, specialising in artificial intelligence
(AI) software and simulation, announces the following director
& person closely associated share transactions.
The Company announces that Ian Whittaker, the Chief Commercial
Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the
Company ("PDMR"), transferred 81,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company
for nil consideration on 23 March 2023 to a nominee account of
which his wife is the beneficial owner.
Following these transactions, Ian Whittaker's interest in
Ordinary Shares and that of his persons closely associated remains
unchanged at 532,253 Ordinary Shares of 1p representing 0.16% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.

market utilising this technology are GE Healthcare's SonoLyst
software that is incorporated in their Voluson Expert 22 and SWIFT
ultrasound machines; ScanNav Anatomy PNB that simplifies ultrasound
image interpretation by providing the user with real-time AI-based
anatomy highlighting for a range of ultrasound guided regional
anesthesia procedures; and NeedleTrainer that teaches real-time
ultrasound-guided needling and incorporates ScanNav Anatomy
PNB.
