Appointment of new director
NBA Quantum PLC announces the appointment of Mr. Michael Friend (46) to the
Board of Directors.
Michael will take up the position of non-executive Director, a post recently
vacated by Mr. Peter Walder, who has taken on the role of Managing Director of
the subsidiary company, Quantum International Consultancy.
Following on from the purchase of a significant shareholding by Tigerhawk
Limited, a company owned by Mr. Richard Thompson, Michael's joining of the
Board, represents the next in a series of stages in the process of the
development of the Group.
