The Company confirms that, as previously announced on 11 January 2013, its issued share capital consists of 53,771,229 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NBNK under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following the issue by the Company of certain warrants on 11 January 2013, the fully diluted share capital of the Company (as defined in the Company's Share Subscription and Tender Offer Circular published on 13 December 2012) is 60,893,143.
