North River Resources plc announces that following the recent placing of shares with Greenstone Resources LP, it has been notified by David and Monique Newlands that they are now interested in 60,500,000 ordinary shares representing 3.66 per cent of the issued share capital.

Martin French, Managing Director, continues to be interested in 90,261,918 ordinary shares and Taurus Mineral Limited, a company connected with Zuyuan He (Chairman) and Qi Yu (Non-executive Director), continues to be interested in 266,666,667 ordinary shares, representing 5.45 per cent and 16.11 per cent respectively of the issued share capital as enlarged by the issue of shares to Greenstone.
