Director Shareholding

The Company received notification on 14 April 2022 that Andrew Law, CEO, acquired 142,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.75p per Ordinary Share on 14 April 2022. Following this acquisition, Mr Law has a holding of 1,219,403 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.8 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
