Directors' dealings

The Company has been informed that Black Canyon Limited ("Black Canyon"), a company in which Graham Newall, a Director of the Company, is interested, has disposed of 5,429,000 shares in the Company and that Millwater Investments Limited ("Millwater Investments"), a company in which Simon Dewhurst, a Director of the Company, is interested, has acquired 3,324,000 shares in the Company, in each case at a price of 16p per share. Following these transfers, the respective interests of Black Canyon and Millwater Investments in the issued share capital of the Company are 2,500,000 shares (4.4 per cent.) and 3,324,000 shares (5.8 per cent.).
