Barclay Douglas has resigned from the board of Patientline plc. Commenting,
Geoff White, Chairman, said "Barclay joined the board in April 2006 and has
been very helpful in assisting us to make major changes in the business. We
shall miss his contribution and council and we wish him every success in the
future."


The company will seek a replacement for Barclay in due course.
