Delisting and cancellation of trading

Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("RC2") announces that further to the announcement on 29 November 2023, Cancellation of RC2 ordinary shares will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 19 December 2023. Consequently, the last day of trading of RC2 ordinary shares on AIM will be 18 December 2023.

All defined terms in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, will have the same meaning as those defined in the Circular dated 1 November 2023.
