Following the Recommended Increased Offers from James Reed & Partners plc
("JRP") becoming unconditional in all respects, Barry Hartop (Chairman) and Tom
Fraser, the independent non-executive Directors, have tendered their
resignations from the Board of Reed Health Group and will stand down on Friday
13th January 2006.
