RAB Special Situations Company Limited (the "Company")

Treasury Share Cancellation

The Company hereby announces that on 6 November 2013 it cancelled 17,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This is in accordance with the Company's stated Treasury Share policy of only holding shares in Treasury for a period of twelve months from the date of acquisition.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company will be 64,648,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 510,239 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

For reporting under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Directive Rules the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 64,137,761 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
