The Company was notified today that on 28 April 2015, due to a transfer between brokerage accounts 15,457,276 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 24.16% of the shares in issue, held by RAB Capital Limited are now registered in the name of Fitel Nominees Limited. There has been no change in the underlying beneficial owner as a result of this transfer.
