Tai Zi Capital Ltd ("Tai Zi" or the "Company") 
 
 
Resignation of Executive Chairman 
 
The Board of the Company wish to announce that Mr. Jen-Ching Chen, the 
executive chairman of Tai Zi has resigned with immediate effect. 
 
This 
resignation follows the announcement made on 4 June 2009 which outlined that Mr. 
Jen Ching Chen was detained by Taiwanese prosecutors on 2 June 2009 to assist 
with their investigations into possible fraud involving Prince Housing and 
Development Corp ("Prince Housing"), a property development company quoted on 
the Taiwan Stock Exchange. 
 
The Board would also like to assure 
shareholders of Tai Zi that the Company is also not under any investigation nor 
has the Company been requested to participate in any enquires by the Taiwanese 
prosecutors with regard to Mr. Jen Ching Chen. The resignation was mutually 
agreed with the Board in order to avoid the on-going investigation interfering 
with the operations of the Company.
