This notice serves to inform the shareholders that the Company postponed the 18(th) Annual General Meeting ("AGM") that was scheduled t o be held virtually and physically at Mulungushi International Conference Centre, Lusaka on Tuesday, 15(th) November 2022 to Friday, 9 December 2022 at 10:00 hours at the same venue and virtually.

The postponement has been occasioned by the delayed distribution of hard copies of the notice and AGM packs to shareholders.
