Clementia Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Shares

Clementia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: CMTA), a
clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company innovating treatments for
people with ultra-rare bone disorders and other diseases, today
announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market
conditions, $50,000,000 of its common shares in an underwritten
public offering. The offering is subject to market and other
conditions, and there can be no assurances as to whether or when
the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the
offering. In addition, Clementia intends to grant the underwriters
a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number
of common shares sold in connection with the offering.
Morgan Stanley and Leerink Partners are acting as book-running
managers for the offering.

disease and is also investigating other conditions that may benefit
from RARγ therapy.
