Recession is here, companies are moving out of commercial real estate. You don't need a 1gb connection for work, no one wants to video conference in 4k definition. This stock is done. In 4 years probably bankrupt. Copper coaxial cable is sufficient with new tech, so fiber has competition. Docsis 4.0 is just hype at this point. People are delusional with optimistic on this stock.

JOINT STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the terms of a separate agreement, Plaintiff ChanBond, LLC (“ChanBond”) and Defendants Atlantic Broadband Group, LLC, Bright House Networks, LLC, Cable One, Inc., Cablevision Systems Corporation, CSC Holdings, LLC, Cequel Communications, LLC, Cequel Communications Holdings I, LLC d/b/a Suddenlink Communications, Charter Communications, Inc., Comcast Corporation, Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, Cox Communications, Inc., Mediacom Communications Corporation, RCN Telecom Services, LLC, Time Warner Cable Inc., Time Warner Cable Enterprises, LLC, WaveDivision Holdings, LLC, and WideOpen West Finance, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) have agreed to settle, adjust and compromise all claims in the above-captioned actions and, therefore, jointly stipulate, subject to the approval of the Court, to the dismissal of the above-captioned actions and all claims by ChanBond against Defendants and all counterclaims by Defendants against ChanBond made therein with prejudice to the re-filing of the same.

The parties agree that all costs and expenses relating to these litigations (including attorney and expert fees and expenses) shall be borne solely by the party incurring the same.

"On a GAAP basis, net loss for the December quarter was $450.5 million or loss of $2.32 per share compared with a net loss of $23.2 million or loss of 12 cents per share in the year-ago quarter. In the reported quarter, the company recorded $376.1 million of goodwill impairment charges related to ARRIS reporting units. In 2019, net loss amounted to $973.2 million or $5.02 per share against net income of $140.2 million or 72 cents per share in 2018."

COMM $7.54. The hits just keep on coming. If or when COMM hits $5, it is toast.
At $5, institutions need to sell it. COMM would be considered just a penny stock.

Chanbond vs COMM is like a big anchor. My dog likes toast, but not soggy toast.
Its daily sinking PPS does not bode well for retail COMM holders. Buyer beware.

So, two COMM P&D plays. Sept, then Oct. Guess COMM traders profit-taking before the fall.
Maybe COMM adding assets to stuff its coffers before settling the Patent Case against them.

At this later stage of the lawsuit, important to read Pacers on it, maybe for all parties involved.
If the court case gets dicey, COMM, others could make a mega-settlement with the other side.
