PC, it wasn't "suggested" by some anonymous internet troll that EXIM required more drilling, it came directly from Mark at the end of the railveyor presentation 5-6 months ago-

That is a verbatim quote. At that same time, Scott quoted nine months for the above work.

Are you at all alarmed that the company still does not know what it needs to complete an application after all this time?

The carrot ahead of the horse. The obscene salaries and bonuses on the stupid fishes dime can last another decade because they are really, really stupid.

The timing 6-9 months is frustrating but mention that the DOD funding for drilling and FS is encouraging. Finding funding for these 2 items has always been the obstacle. Hopefully JS works his DOD contacts so we can this project back on track.

Ok great. This is an example of one thing that frustrates me. FuCkInG saaaay that publicly instead of waiting to reply to some email. They snuck that into end of the railveyor commercial and it stuck. I hope that wasn't the ultra optimistic answer and the decision really has not been made. It also pisses me off that they still haven't made that final decision. So much for "exim progress". 1.39 today and lower in the future until some real money comes in.

I submitted these questions to the company today and received the response below:

I have seen it suggested that EXIM is requiring NioCorp to complete 9 months of additional drilling before it can advance or approve our application. Is that accurate, and if so, will that delay completion of the updated Feasibility Study?

Also, can you provide any update on the DOD appropriation or Stellantis situation in terms of a formal offtake agreement or equity investment? Thanks.

Response received this afternoon:

EXIM has not yet made a final decision on whether or not they would like to see us conduct some additional drilling sufficient to move a portion of our probable reserves to proven reserves. If they do request this, we can complete that drilling campaign in about 12 weeks, and that drilling will not impact the time for completion of the Feasibility Study update, which is estimated between 6-9 months. Regardless, we are seeking funding from the U.S. Department of Defense sufficient to cover both the costs of completing the requisite Feasibility Study-level work that EXIM requires and the costs of the additional drilling.

We will publicly announce any material developments on DoD funding, a Stellantis offtake agreement, and other ongoing initiatives when they occur.

CDH: I have never understood there to have been any "requirement" or "assignment" to NioCorp from EXIM to do more drilling. I submitted a question to the company earlier today on this and a couple of other things. Just received the reply and posted it in reply to this message.

No offense TH but that would take loaning 9,000,000 shares of LWLG.

I would guess that you own 180,000 shares of LWLG that would yield you $423 per month on $.5 Million if they stayed on loan every day. But the damage done by that would reduce your price in the shares owned by you.

$20k per month would mean that you are loaning about $25 Million Dollars to them.

Unless you think we are going to be getting news before the end of the year, I would wait in case we get hit by sellers for taxation purposes.

IMO, The reason warrants are so cheap is the market thinks it is unlikely the share price will rise to the occasion ($11) in time to exercise.

Both are a terrible idea until you see something move that is actual news. NIOBW are warrants so if anything, buy those because you can see if this is going to work out to some degree. Then you can buy the shares at the warrant price and make money if they are above that.

NB is just common shares. You might get a bump here and there to penny flip (please don't), but I would not go near NB shares at this time. Watch the news and read the last couple years of news releases. Get in if you feel positive.

Most of that is to service existing debt. Mark's, and the bridge loan from April being paid off leaves money enough to keep the lights on for a few months.

Lender A turned out to be a joke. No other lenders stepped to the plate. The company relied on a middle entity to get them funding thru a merger with a fleabag outfit. The company did not do enough DD before realizing they were fleeced. The pretty lady new to the BOD saw the train wreck coming after the merger and bailed immediately. Over 19 months later. the stock is in the abyss. Did I miss something?

Its fun for wealthy people to gamble with money that they don't need. Nobody cares. Have fun.

The EXIM loan is not even close. We have not performed the needed drilling and analysis they assigned us. We can hope that some of the money they just raised will actually be used towards EXIM progress instead of just paying salaries and the light bill. Do not hold your breath.

I am drawing close to $20,000 monthly interest payments from LWLG stock sales, so I gamble some $ for NIOBW.

Love your optimism and positivity considering financing was imminent 5 years ago. From what you’re stating, we missed our window of opportunity. We all believed in what Mark was saying about this amazing deposit, but he’s now ten years in without any significant financing. These little payday loans to keep the lights on is not the work of a veteran mining businessman.

I think we can all agree that no one here expected to get rich over night. Many here are ten years in and have less than what we started with. We invested when there were many more inherent risks involved. Why are we at decade lows when the project is derisked at this point?!?! I think that it says more about institutional investor’s lack of confidence in our management, than it does about the ore body.

It appears we were lied to about imminent financing and competitive tension between lenders. Every day we wake up hoping that this has all been a bad dream, but it’s not.

The watershed year has not happened. Meanwhile, the boys in Centennial are all collecting some very nice salaries and bonuses while 99% of us are in the red.

I would rather put a stink bid in on some options. The warrants are garbage at this juncture.
