Semtech Named to Fortune Magazineâs List of 100 Fastest Growing Companies

Semtech named in list for 2nd consecutive year
and is one of only two semiconductor product companies
identified
Semtech Corporation (Nasdaq: SMTC), a leading supplier of analog
and mixed-signal semiconductors, today announced that it has moved
up four points on the Fortune Magazine list of the 100 Fastest
Growing Companies that was published in the magazineâs September
16, 2013 issue.
This is the second consecutive year for Semtech to be on the
list of 100 fastest growing publicly traded companies. The company
improved its position from number 88 to number 84 with revenue
growth of 20 percent, earnings per share growth of 88 percent and
total returns of 29 percent.

Fortune screened companies based on size, liquidity, financial
metrics and growth criteria and then ranked them by revenue growth
rate, EPS growth rate and three-year annualized return for the
period ended June 28, 2013. Revenue and EPS growth rates were
computed using a trailing four quarter log linear least square
