Time to keep it 'real'?? Yes it popped off its lows, good chance it
could retest it. IE, momentum can be fleeting

Given that its stil 5 months to the decision day if the fda doesn't act
before then, recommend focusing on the institutional holding number
and the number of outstanding shares.

IE, do the institutions 'believe', are they grabbing shares
has the company been QUIETLY diluting the target price via selling shares

and last, while the r/split gave an opportunity for the shorts to hit the share price,
it also reduced the share count down to such a small number, any serious activity
could fry those actually short (vs naked shorting), cause a run like we just saw take
place..

I am done buying, but i know a few others who were 'slow' to get some.. So lets see
where this settles down at cause momentum can work both ways once it ends.

Not bad for a day when the market is puking itself.. We are talking some big $s involved
in this the last day or so. But one of the dangers of a fast/sharp move is that momentum
can be fleeting, and many playing the momentum trade will likely take their profits when
the move gets too far ahead of itself. Heck even at $13.5, thats what, an 80% return in less
than 16 hours of trading. So again, don't be surprised to see this pull back some.

So now, I am watching the SPREAD between its MA and share price lines. They jump apart
like this, and at some point, the move will pause cause the share price and MA lines want to find
each other.

So to close, enjoying the 'move'/bounce, but just see it as a good thing vs saying, its ready to rock
and roll without a dip to test its 'strength' (demand vs profit takers/sellers cutting their losses). Not to
mention, will the shorts go after it again..

I will not post here again, until I get back in on tnxp. Don’t let my move influence yours, & that is the reason I am out of here.

Of course it’s possible.
Anything is possible.
It’s the traded volume in a short time 45 min, 10x the avg 10 daily volume coupled with 10x rise in shorted shares, that makes me cautious.
If it wasn’t for the big rise in shorts, I would have a brighter outlook.

Wondering why 2.7 million shares in 45 minutes!
Looking close at trades, wondering why Selling at below bid & buying at above ask!
This was experienced in December (18th & 19th), to find out later Tonix flooded the market with nearly 500 million new shares.
Tonix has about 500 million more shares (on pre-split basis), so 5 millions post split makes sense.
If this is true, next week will revert to normal average volume.
Yesterday’s & today’s volume rules out big player accumulation, surely not allowed to buy more than a certain % of outstanding shares.
It leaves, Tonix selling and/or big time naked short selling, as the reasons behind this kind of action.
I hope I am wrong.
Not holding any shares of Tonix, zero holding.

Short volume jumped from 201.78k to 1.638 millions was posted on FINRA, it’s responsible for tracking shorts, even naked shorts.
Yes, I trust it to be correct.
The volume traded yesterday of 2.7 million shares, more than 10x the 10 day average volume, why would Tonix sell more shares!
Who sold 50% of the total float.
Time will shed light on what happened yesterday.

One caveat to yesterdays move. Its the FIRST attempt to get off the floor so to speak.
Expecting it to be a struggle for a bit longer, or at least till more of the shares are 'locked'
up by institutional holders making it harder to get shares in the event of a short squeeze.

That said, until the SEC finally cracks down on naked shorting (jail the SOBS doing it or
at least fine them into financial ruin), who knows whats going to happen next.

and my buy signal is getting 'stronger'..

But again, doesn't mean the share price couldn't retest the lows..
