LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- For the past 26

Available beginning in March 2013,
the one-liter pre-mix bottle will be available in limited
quantities throughout the United
States for a suggested retail price of $14.99.
The artwork on this year's Kentucky Derby 139® bottle features
renowned equine artist Celeste Susany from Saratoga Springs, NY, whose paintings have
graced the Early Times bottles for many years. Entitled "The
Derby Dance," this year's painting depicts the up and down, back
and forth "dance" horses and jockeys engage in during the
race.
Shown around the bottle are horses painted at different heights,
depicting the feeling of flight. The front of the bottle features a
horse galloping high in the air towards the finish line. The jockey
is shown on the number four horse wearing red and yellow silks with
a yellow saddle cloth. The historic Twin Spires stand majestically
in the background.
"The Early Times Mint Julep bottle has truly become a
collectible among art, horseracing, and whisky fans," said
Therese McGuire, brand manager for
Early Times Kentucky Whisky.
"We are proud to once again feature Celeste's art work on this
year's bottle. We know it will be a must-have for Derby parties as
the perfect way to serve a delicious mint julep in less than ten
seconds."
During this year's Kentucky Derby week, more than 120,000 Early
Times Mint Juleps are expected to be served at Churchill Downs®.
Over the past 26 years, more than 2.5 million Early Times Mint
Juleps have been served between Kentucky Oaks® and Derby Days at
Churchill Downs. This year's Kentucky Derby presented by Yum!
Brands will take place Saturday, May 4,
2013.
