Feldman Mall Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) requires additional time to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007, to complete its normally required year-end reporting requirements and assessment of the effectiveness of its internal controls over financial reporting, as required by Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The Company intends to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007, no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the filing deadline.
