TGE Tallgrass Energy LP

On April 16, 2020, Tallgrass Energy, LP (“TGE”) issued a press release announcing the approval by the holders of Class A and Class B shares representing limited partner interests in TGE, voting together as a single class, of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of December 16, 2019, by and among TGE, Tallgrass Energy GP, LLC, Prairie Private Acquiror LP (“Buyer”) and Prairie Merger Sub LLC, and the transactions contemplated thereby, including the merger of Buyer with and into TGE. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
