HAO Sienna Resources, Inc.

Habanero Resources Inc. ("Habanero" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HAO.V) (PINK
SHEETS:HBNRF) (FRANKFURT:HRJ) wishes to announce a non-brokered private
placement of up to 10 million units at $0.13 per flow-through unit and three
million non flow-through units at $0.11 for total gross proceeds of $1,630,000,
subject to regulatory approval.


Each flow-through unit will consist of one common share and one transferable
share purchase warrant. The warrants associated with flow-through units will be
exercisable at $0.20 per share for two years. Each non-flow through until will
consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. The
warrants associated with non flow-through units will be exercisable at $0.15 for
five years. A finder's fee may be payable in accordance with TSX Venture
Exchange rules. Proceeds from this financing will go towards the first phase of
drilling at the Haldane Silver Prospect in the Yukon; work on the White Gold
Prospect in the Yukon; the Lezai Prospect in Quebec; and for general working
capital.


President Jason Gigliotti stated, "This financing will enable multiple
operations to be completed this summer on three of our highest priority
prospects. We feel that the Yukon will generate a substantial amount of market
attention and we have two prospects that will be active in the in the coming
weeks in the Yukon This summer is shaping up to the be the most active
operational period in many years for Habanero."


Habanero is a diversified junior company with the following prospects; the White
Gold Prospect in the White Gold Region Yukon, bordering Kinross' Golden Saddle
discovery, the Haldane Silver Prospect in the Keno Hill Region of the Yukon; a
sizable land holder within the land prospective for lithium in Alberta; and
significant acreage in Quebec bordering Beaufield Resources and acreage in the
Alberta Oilsands.
