Copper Inc. (the "Company") (TSXV: KBT) is pleased to announce
that the slate for the upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to
be held on November 29, 2012 includes
incoming nominees Mr. Nathaniel
Chouinard and Mr. Tom
Neelands.
Mr. Chouinard is a mining professional bringing
over 18 years of operating experience in international mining and
mineral processing projects. Mr. Chouinard began working in various
mines around Canada as Mine
Supervisor and Superintendent, then progressively to more senior
roles with mining companies in Canada, Tunisia and Botswana. He also held a range of positions at
IAMGold Corporation in Corporate Development, Operating Strategy
and as Manager of Mining for Africa operations. Mr. Chouinard is the North
American Strategic Planning Specialist for Strategy Optimisation
Systems (SOS), a strategic mining consultancy. Prior to joining
SOS, Mr. Chouinard has served as Senior Vice President Projects for
Labrador Iron Mines. Mr. Chouinard is a mining graduate of the
College de Thetford-Mines with a
specialty in Mining Engineering.
Mr. Tom Neelands
has more than 35 years of experience as a geologist within
Canada and internationally. Mr.
Neelands began his career as a Regional Geologist for Teck
Exploration and has moved from domestic exploration, with companies
such as, Placer Dome Incorporated and Noranda Incorporated, to
international exploration projects. He has since held management
and consulting positions with companies such as, African Copper,
Botswana, Great Panther Resources,
Mexico, Aurelian Resources,
Ecuador. Successes he is
associated with are three substantial gold discoveries which
includes Aurelian's FDN in Ecuador. Mr. Neelands obtained his B.Sc. in
Geology from Carlton University in Ottawa in 1971.

Neelands join the board of Kombat as it demonstrates our ability to
attract experienced industry professionals to help further the
Company's projects," stated Company President Mr. Alexander Helmel.
Technical Advisory Committee
The Company is pleased to announce the
establishment of a Technical Advisory Committee. The
committee will be comprised of a select group of highly skilled
individuals with varied technical expertise to assist the Company
with the exploration and development of its mineral projects.
The members of the committee are:
Robert Friesen P.Geo, B.Sc.
Robert has over 45 years of experience
throughout Canada and
internationally in underground and open pit mining operations, mine
area exploration, and the development of projects from
pre-feasibility through production. He has been involved with
several major and junior corporations, including a 17 year career
with Noranda and a five year term with Teck Exploration. Mr.
Friesen served as Chief Geologist for numerous projects, several of
which began at pre-feasibility and later developed into producing
mines. Some of his key projects include Alaska's Pogo mine, Ontario's Geco and Golden Giant mines,
BC's Samatosum Mine and the Emperor Mine in Fiji.
Gerald Gauthier
P.Eng
Mr. Gauthier is a registered Professional
Engineer in Ontario and has over
40 years international experience in the mining industry building
and operating open pit and underground mines in Canada, USA,
Mexico, Central America and West Africa. Mr. Gauthier was previously Chief
Operating Officer at Nevsun Resources Ltd. and previously
Vice-President Operations at Glencairn Gold Corp. He is a graduate
of Queen's University in Mining Engineering. He is currently COO of
Xtierra Inc and a director of Labrador Iron Mines Holdings Limited,
Conquest Resources Limited and Gold World Resources Ltd. Mr.
Gauthier was formerly General Manager of the Page-Williams gold
mine at Hemlo, Ontario and Senior
Vice President North American Operations for Lac Minerals Ltd.
