Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. (OTCMKTS: BLLB) and its subsidiary Green Mantis LLC announce
today that it has successfully entered into A MOU memorandum of understanding with earth
safe reclamation solutions aka ERS Holdings company LLC doing business in Africa. The MOU
has established a strategic relationship to execute a pilot study in the Nigeria delta to
determine the viability of remediation of the oil spills that have a�ected the region and Country.
Our e�orts will help the small shareholder farmers in the delta to remediate the oil spills that
have caused them a major reduction in crop yields and major Health problems. A successful
pilot study would yield potentially a major return on our investment and keep Green Mantis
busy with lucrative remediation projects in Nigeria and the rest of the African continent for
years to come.
Green Mantis will be utilising its proprietary software packages for thermodynamics and
Intelligence machine learning as well as third-party software packages for enhanced oil
recovery and recycling of the oil to o�set the cost related to the remediation.
Our software utilises data analysis and AI modelling and simulation of data for the most
optimum solution to remediate and recycle the oil contamination. Our goal of remediating the
oil spill Contamination will increase the small shareholder farmers production and enhance
crop yields. Remediating the contamination will also have positive health e�ects on the
individuals living in the communities a�ected by the oil spill contamination. In the oil rich Niger
Delta region of Nigeria the people are worried about the environmental impacts. Oil spills that
have been happening since oil was discovered there in 1958 the epicentre of 61 communities
spread over 385 square miles.
In 2020-2021 Nigeria detection and response agency recorded 822 combined oil spills totalling
over 28,000 barrels of oil spewed into the environment. Between 1976 and 1991 2,000,000
barrels of oil polluted one community in 2,976 separate oil spills. Those who depend on
farming and fishing have felt a direct impact on their livelihoods and residence have reported a
myriad of health issues. Life expectancy in the Niger Delta is 41 years 10 years lower than a
national average.
