On September 19, 2024, CW Petroleum Corp, a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing inaccurate stock quotes being provided by Yahoo Finance and where to find accurate stock quotes and information about the Company. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
