Encounter Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ENTI) announced today the dates for its first shareholder stock dividend for 2011. Shareholders of record 60 days from January 12, 2011 (Payable Date March 14, 2011) will receive a Restricted Stock Dividend equivalent to one percent (1%) of their recorded shareholdings no later than March 15, 2011. The shares will be restricted for a period of one year and eligible for free trading on that anniversary date.

Shareholders of record will receive a Restricted Common Stock Dividend equivalent to 1% of their recorded shareholdings for each quarter in 2011.
