There are 2 options IMO. Either Laxmi is waiting to announce a date for the payments until the money is physically in the account, or, he is waiting for the money to come out of escrow. I haven't asked. But Laxmi already mentioned that next week will be very important.

The $600M is not a carrot. Roughly $150M of that will go to Trujet. Another assload will go to inventory for gold, whiskey etc. Money for acquisitions. Money for Nigeria. The way these guys are spending, there won't be a lot left of that $600M. In fact, they are considering paying a $0.01 monthly dividend on 600M SIRI tokens for the next few months until cash flow improves.

So yeah, I have a pretty good idea of what they are doing, and where they are spending the money. I haven't even mentioned oil, cement, coffee, tea and all the rest like food carts, ebuses, real esate etc which they probably need some money for.

According to him, once this transaction was completed, he would have had access to $2.8 million, which he was supposed to use to pay his staff and stakeholders. However, no one has asked him about this money since then, and there’s been no update on its status. It’s clear that these funds were never available and that he simply used them as another empty promise to distract from the real issue: the non-payment of his staff. Later, Laxmi claimed to have successfully opened an account and was expecting a deposit of $500,000, which he stated would be used to pay a minimum sum to stakeholders and staff. Again, there has been no follow-up on this claim. Where is this money? If it was really available, why hasn’t it been used to settle debts and pay the people who are waiting for their payments?

It seems that Laxmi is continuously spinning a web of lies and fake promises in an attempt to secure more funds and investment, despite not being in a position to pay his staff or address the backlog of outstanding payments, which amount to millions of dollars. To fuel his narrative, he is constantly showing new and more grandiose projects that are supposedly "aligned" and in the pipeline. However, these projects appear to be mere smoke and mirrors, designed to create the illusion of progress and investment potential.

For instance, Laxmi has recently mentioned plans to acquire airlines like Trujet and Goair within the next three months, and even talked about introducing a fleet of aircrafts, supposedly backed by substantial investment. However, this is highly questionable, especially given the fact that he has failed to settle payments for staff across multiple countries and has no visible means of securing the funds to even meet those existing financial obligations. It’s impossible to understand how someone who can’t pay a backlog in the millions of dollars could suddenly have the capacity to invest in such massive projects, which would require far greater sums of money.

Moreover, there are signs that Laxmi is not even being truthful about his whereabouts. He was supposed to fly to Hong Kong on February 2nd, but it is now February 7th, and there’s been no communication or transparency. It seems like he’s hiding, and it’s becoming increasingly clear that his actions are designed to evade responsibility and avoid direct communication with those who are asking for their rightful payments.

There is an ongoing issue regarding the non-payment of staff across three countries: the USA, India, and Nigeria. Despite multiple commitments and promises, no payments have been processed or received by any staff member so far. In the case of the USA and Nigeria, all that has been provided to the staff are new dates — one after another — but without any actual payment or resolution. The staff in India are facing a more serious issue. A transaction that was initiated in December has not gone through, and the funds have never been credited to their accounts. Despite multiple promises of payment, these issues remain unresolved.

Laxmi, who has been responsible for processing these payments, has continuously provided excuses for the delays. Most recently, he claimed that the delays are due to his family not being physically present in the USA, and that the bank is not allowing anyone other than his family members to process the transactions. This explanation seems dubious, as in today's world, most transactions are initiated online and do not require anyone to be physically present at the bank. This only raises further doubts about the validity of Laxmi's excuse, and it appears that he is using this as a tactic to mislead people and avoid taking responsibility for the failure to deliver.

The most recent promised payment date was set for the 1st week of February, but Laxmi has since changed this date to February 7th, and now it has been pushed to February 10th. This constant shifting of dates, coupled with a history of broken commitments, paints a clear picture of a pattern of unfulfilled promises. People like Karl, who have been waiting for months, continue to receive only new dates instead of actual payments. Given the history of failure, I am confident that Laxmi will fail again to meet his latest promise and will likely come up with yet another excuse for why the payment was not made. The repeated delays and false assurances indicate that he has no intention of keeping his word or fulfilling the commitment to pay on time.
