I don't know about any buyout coming, especially since they just bought out another company. They are still very young and have no revenues. If there was a buyout to come I believe it would be possibly late 2025 or in 2026 when they should start showingsome kind of revenue I could be wrong. Just my

With the real markets doing well, it makes sense to sell (or try to sell) losers to offset gains.
