Hi folks, I phoned Venkat today...I got a text in return from him that said he was extensively traveling and thus is why he had not returned my previous calls...he said that he does not having any updates on LICH at present...hope that helps a bit cheers

I think they're probably in the process of selling the shell. That would be my guess.

I'll try again today...he must not be around...maybe overseas...and it's obvious to me that this shell is not at the forefront of his mind ... bummer

Whether they use the ticker, sell it, or partner with another company that wants to go public... there will be filings and plenty of time to decide what to do with your shares. During that period there will be a trading frenzy - buying and selling. It's anyones guess as to what will happen and when.

For anyone who has level 2 access, how many are available at .0037? I might look to grab a big lot tomorrow if they're still available.

They will never ever let us go along for the ride. The best we can hope for is seeing updates on the Nevada site and then reacting. The longer we wait after that the worse it will be when they reverse us out. It happens 99 out of 100 times down here.

This is an example of what could happen with LICH. Shila (Shiladitya Sengupta) is the founder of Alyssum Therapeutics, as well as Vyome. Alyssum just closed 26M in private “Series A” funding today. Eventually Alyssum, or any number of similar companies in Shila and Venkat’s network, will go public. LICH is on the shelf and waiting to be an IPO for one of them. It will happen eventually. Big Pay Day one day! IMHO.
