Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. (OTCBB: SNRY), with business in solar project development, today announced that the Company has sold its Solar (EOS) Division for a note and assumption of defined debt. The EOS division is a technical training school for understanding the core concepts needed to install solar photovoltaic and thermal systems.
