It's under the advisory and partnerships tab. Maybe just venture capital. It may be a offbeat EV play with them. Soriano has a name and probably needed capital to get back in the game. It's all re-engineered stuff but electric, not petro based. It may be worth something overseas.

I don't see anyone talking about Audex Capital. It's the exact same team and they also have real estate ties. Plus possible advisory position or partnership with an Italian EV Motorcycle company.

IMO, I believe that Ashcroft Homes changed its name to STRATUS CAPITAL CORP because the Stratus Companies (https://www.stratuscompanies.com) and Audex Capital are also going to merge. Again, just my opinion.

Think I made a big mistake with this one. For a supposedly operating company we should have received some update by now.

In 2001/2002 Ashcroft was doing $46 million and $36 million in revenues. They had $23 million in assets. That dissolved in 2004. Richard Dean and team started Stratus and have been killing it ever since! Very undervalued!

SRUS nice move today 10-12g came out yesterday... Talks about completion of Merger, email confirmation today about filings coming to get current and updates so I bet juicy PRs hit soon after those filings I think this can be a slow grinder up to .50-$1.00 only 1.6mil OS with a merger coming to a company thats been dead for 15 years pretty huge!

For people wondering about SRUS action today:
10-12g hit this AM meaning they are going to begin filing with SEC again.
In that 10-12g filing it talks about a merger completed.
Looks like a dead ticker coming back to life and people are excited to invest at ground level here. Could be a slow grinder to .50!

Just got a return phone call from Richard Dean, so he does return phone calls.. even if it was 7:15 am my time,,,

So he is professional enough not to disclose any information that is not public, but he did say watch for the press releases, (plural)

I asked about revising the share structure and he said wait and see..


Maybe as this company moves forward he will open up a bit but for now I am locked and loaded, ready for the company to become known with this new direction.

This share structure is just insane
