is this a custodianship stock play?

I think it is the name US Wind Farms. In December there was a large player who registered as shareholder, but I didn’t see a lot stock owned by them. Originally most the stock was in the hands of a family but got in trouble and in 2006/07. There could very well be a very large short position to this stock from way back. Just speculating.

Could also be someone looking at Biden's green deal and future windmill energy production. Great stock symbol and name for private green energy windmill company to go public.

Another idea way the stock price is moving up. The name US Wind Farms. It is a public company and President Bidden will be pushing alternative clean energy during his Presidency. What a great publicly tradeing stock symbol and name for someone to exploit and raise money on. If I was a private Wind Company and wanted to go public, can you think of a better way. SPAC anyone? :)

I look forward when this stock gets enough movement to show interest and I have someone to talk with. Stuck at home.

Another thought while I am here. Since this was worthless for years, I wonder if there is a massive short interest in the stock? Anyway to find out?

My understanding form a few months ago is 365BET, a company from China doing online betting in the UK was taking over the company. I went back yesterday to confirm this and found nothing. Again, if anyone here has the number of the company, someone officer of the company, or the market maker, I would appreciate you posting the information or private messaging me.

You were right about the .005. The stock price actually jumped to over .02 and then dropped back down. Hug volume (for this stock) today at over 8 million shares.

I don't know what is going on with the company or ever if there is a company, though it does have a cool name and 4 letter stock symbol.

Does anyone have any real news on the company. I couldn't find a phone number to call, that worked, nor the market maker to ask question. Ideas?

It's easy for anyone to "take their company public," thanks to the fact that there are hundreds of shell companies trading on the Pink Sheets that exist on paper but have no assets.

Consider Wind Farming, created when William Telander bought a Pink Sheets-listed company called Applied Research. Applied had no assets, just a Pink Sheets listing, according to an SEC complaint filed this year. After buying Applied, Telander changed the name to Wind Farming, which allowed him to avoid regulatory scrutiny because he took over another company rather than issuing new stock. Starting as far back as summer 2004, Telander began issuing trumped-up and "false" press releases extolling Applied's success, the SEC complaint says, including fabricated business contracts. Trading volume soared from basically nothing to more than a million shares a day, the SEC says, allowing Telander and a group of partners to make hundreds of thousands selling shares. The attorney representing Wind Farming declined to comment.

Anyone have any other info about what is going on with the company? Is anyone else goign to gamble and buy in at the low right now?

What often happens is the company does not go belly up

rather they regroup and come out with some new plan that grabs the investing communities attention and it spikes and lots of people buy at the high, and then it goes back down.

Is this company going belly-up? If so, it seems odd that the stock price rose from 0.015 to 0.019 this morning, considering the SEC problem and the fact that the web site is down.

i believe they have not filed the proper paperwork for financials but i didnt really look into it as i have cashed out.

do we know why yet???

The web site is up again. It looks like they are simply revising the site to provide more information.

Any thoughts about the viability of this company? They claim they have no debt; which would appear to put them into a pretty good position, especially with all the news about oil prices.

I just spoke with the people at USWF. I inquired about when the audit would be completed. They said they were putting it into a printable form and would be posting it on their website so we could download it. In how long? I should have asked for a timetable. Lesson learned. Any other questions I should ask for the next time I should call let me know.

WOW. Bats? Kinda doubt it.

I hate to say it, but if management is out after a quick buck, they probably have succeeded here, at stockholder's expense. That is how it goes.

I can remember when I first went to the uswf website, I saw photos of guys on roof types with little cylindrical tonka toy wind catchers that drove tiny little generators. It looked kind of phony to me then, and it smells kind of bad right now. Oh well, you can't keep a good man down, and you cannot breath character into people who have none. Telander..... What goes around, comes around.

What does it mean?

From now on and until removed from the list shares of USWF cannot be traded unless the seller, i.e. the MM, can show verifiable and physical ownership of those shares.

Means that USWF has been "naked" shorted lately and it is now payup time for those shares. Could be an interesting Monday.
