On last thought when a penny stock in where VXIT is only one of three things can happen.

1. The stock go to .000001 and is worthless
2. The sell the shell to someone else and you wait to see what they will do.
3. The company that doesn’t have business or contracts gets them!

Paying the odd 1 and 2 are most likely, but number 3 is what VXIT is looking for!!

Fwiw, I was involved w/ a shareholder group that brought charges against the single CEO who ran two similar scams: $VRUS/$XDSL.

Those shareholders were successful in clawing-back losses, and essentially shutting-down both companies.

(I wasn't part of the action as I never invested, was just a "basher" on BOTH those boards because the constant lies were so obvious. I was part of the discovery).

But, sure, who knows whether underwater-shareholders HERE will take effective action against a CEO who's already been found guilty in WA of apparent fraud for improperly raising funds & lying outright to investors.

I've said it before: the case should be a slam-dunk.

The above is the number 1 problem with sub penny stock buyers.

People buy VXIT based on hope and because it is so cheap,but not based on reality. It is cheap for a reason. Almost all,99% never sell into very short rallies even though they say they would. They hold on for years, that is why they always lose.

Real world, VXIT is headed for bankruptcy.

VXIT has a SCAM CEO that just about everyone knows and agrees with and VXIT has no product to sell.

Financially they are insolvent, with no revenues or prospects and with 99% of sub penny stocks have no cash.

All VXIT can do is keep issuing more shares and they will since there is unlimited authorized.

More money would be made trading a $100 stock with 100 or 200 shares  than to trade 5 or so million  shares of VXIT.
