I know you both are just trying to help people! That is your only Motivation!!

From an investor that has and is still losing money on VXIT, and continues to not accept that VXIT is headed for Chapter 11 or Chapter 7.

No one should invest in VXIT. The CEO is not shareholder friendly, currently has criminal charge against him, both of his public companies have well above a Billion shares O/S with no sales, one trading foor .0007 and the other for .0003,and both have insolvent balance sheets with no cash.

These are just the facts. Again i never have or will have any losses in VXIT stock, and do not care if anyone has lost money in VXIT or are still hoping VXIT will ever be a real company.

Anyone who wants to continue to invest or hold VXIT means nothing to me.

Anybody who listened last 3 years wasn't foolish.

He CONNED investors into putting $500K into his companies and then he stole it, using it for private gain & personal use.

$VXIT published that super-duper-marketing-PR 8-K July '24.
Last 8K filed was 07/16/2019 by POVERTY DIGNIFIED... Also the July '24 8-K was designed purely to generate interest in shares, but a quick look at the chart indicates buyers already recognized the pump was over.

Funny that during that pump-effort, JK was also notified of this On July 20, 2024, the Securities Administrator of the state of Washington issued a Stop Order... Of course JK still hasn't acknowledged or disclosed THAT "material event" to shareholders.

Anyone who bought shares based on anything JK told them has a strong legal case, as he's been legally-determined to have lied about business operations & intentions.

Surely the private-investors who provided those funds have lawsuits lined up?

No doesn’t look like it. I did get back a text from the CEO yesterday not sure where this is going, but to me it does not look good! I hope I’m wrong. It looks like they were just fined. It seems to me that whatever the original plan was failed and they have moved to plan E?

Not sure but at this point with the way things are going I’m guessing we will not get the report by the end of the month.

I’m not going to sell for me it’s down to far I will wait and see what happens, but I don’t see anything good coming this year for sure! If they don’t get a deal soon I think this might be over.
