Today there is still ~50m on Bid CDEL, even after a 50m+ traded at 0.0002$...

No change in Unrestricted Shares (UR) since June 2021

The DTC increase IS NOT from Chi Ching Hung 250m Restricted shares issued in 2022 (If so, the (UR) would have increased)

It's from shares issued in 2017!

I have absolutely no idea why that person/entity decided to deposit their shares to DTC now

Maybe they were somehow locked-up since 2017 because of whatever reason or they somehow realized that they held shares and they needed cash so they decided to deposit them at a broker and sell them

Only the DTC went up, so that cannot come from new shares being issued, it's very strange to have that happen after that many years tbh (There hasn't been a single share issued since 2017, btw, confirmed by looking at fillings from 2017 to now)

Even under Josh and Steve of Xtreme there wasn't a single share issued (Unless the Transfer Agent is a scammer, which I don't think it is the case)

I think they hurt themselves doing the merger before the audit and updates on BiLiBili. Or what ever it's freaking called lol.
Sitting at 238 million mc isn't very appetizing for many investors unless this merger is much bigger than we think ?
Who knows, but I think Eegi will be quite a while if it's a good size company.

I've no clue why they have their stock dual listed on NASDAQ via American Depository Receipt (ADR) and listed on OTC under BLBLF (tied to their Hong Kong Listed one, under Stock Code: 9626)

I saw it the other day, my bad. But the good thing is, AGGI is doing an equity deal with a company with a MC of 7 billion dollars .
Even though AGGI is at 238 million, it can run pretty hard .
238 million times 10 2.38 billion, still not even close to the MC of incoming company
Also small float, then that money will start coming into eegi
Eegi should be much better, but it will take a while , considering they are in the audit process now

Yes, but the Market Cap is already 240m$... I know that the Float/ DTC is 1000x times lower, but still... Can't recommend buying something with such a high market cap (even if the overwhelming majority of shares are Restricted for several months)

KUBR is the same, an absolutely bunker Market Cap of Almost 1B$, but a Float/DTC stupidly low (But for how long? Considering that the DTC and Unrestricted are so far apart, probably not that long)

I literally finished (Bing, Google, Baidu Search, 360 search, Yandex Douyin, RedNote, Weibo, and now Wechat) for Hong Ziqing names, and the two major companies, one in Shenzen (Quingtian Group) the other in Hong Kong (HCC Limited)

By finished I mean that there are literally no more results available... I went through all the pages... For Text, Videos and Pictures on all of them...

The only way I could find more information is through the Hong Kong Registry and If I go to China or Hong Kong...

You know there is a sister play AGGI ? That should be coming to update soon when they finish the incoming companies audit.
The audit has been going on for quite a while, hopefully near the end.
One thing about these people, they don't pump, that could be either good or bad for the price going forward.

Not really a George Sharp fan but he's had a few runners. It's a sad state of affairs in the OTC. Mine are dropping like flies. Had high hopes for some of them. It's unfortunate for those who adjust their lifestyles due to having a solid B income, but life is a learning game.

My last OTC plays, all turds. We see if they pay off. All of them take years to do anything. Way too long. George Sharp has 4 turds I'm in, all bag holders.
Staying in crypto from here.
Only need one turd to hit, but have to have the patience and not need the money.
Pretty much throw it out the window and maybe it will come back.
