CFRA has strong buy as of 6/17/21, but we probably still won't see much movement until August Q2 report. Trading in the 1.60 - 1.75 range may be possible for the next few weeks as inflation heats up.

We'll probably have to be satisfied with a trading range between 1.60 and 1.75 until some news or the Q2 results in early August. Anything below 1.60 will be a huge opportunity to daytrade or hold until the next big spike, IMHO.

Lumber futures up the last 3 days in a row. Deja vu all over again.

The increase in lumber futures yesterday may be the first sign of a bottom in the $1350 to $1400 range, but even if we have more downside one should consider where we are in the long timeline on lumber. A breather was overdue.

Despite the fall in lumber futures over the last 7 trading days, reality will soon set in that prices are likely never going back to where they were a couple of years ago. Fed printing, low interest rates to infinity, and the resulting demand will put a concrete floor in the sector.

Looking back, WFSTF earned .18 for the year 2018 and the stock price was frequently over $2.00. With lumber prices hitting all time highs we should be looking at a significant gain today if there is any justice left in the markets.

Assuming a conservative .50 profit for the year and a 15 multiple, WFSTF should be at $7.50 U.S. in my humble (and usually wrong) opinion. Yeah, BABY!
