The directors elected at the company's annual meeting on Thursday include the six incumbent board members, Douglas G. Southern, Ernest R. Johnson, Henry L. (Skip) Kotkins, Larry C. Mounger, Whitney R. Tilson, James C. Towne and new member Thomas F. O'Riordan. O'Riordan has a wealth of experience in branded apparel, including previous service in various executive capacities at Fila Holding Company and Adidas America. He is currently a consultant with Sports Brands International, a privately held manufacturer and retailer of branded footwear, apparel and accessories. As previously disclosed, one nominee withdrew his candidacy for director. As a result, the company's Board of Directors reduced the size of the Board from eight to seven directors.
