September 2021 Thomas Solomon, the Chief Financial Officer of the
Company, purchased an additional 150,000 ordinary shares in the
Company. Mr Solomon holds 1,610,902 ordinary shares which
represents 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital and 0.6% of
the total voting rights.
