You are 100% correct. Private investment groups do not spend $10 Million out of charity just to hand assets to a public company for free. When the time comes to 'integrate' these projects later, ( if that happens ) Hiru will have to buy them from that Qatari group.

Probably a good move. This is the one and only stock I have never sold a share of and keep adding a little every month.
Been through two splits. Divie increase was helpful and the fact that they plan to put back 50% or more of free cash flow into things like buybacks is another benefit.
