Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 26 November 2019.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website www.bluefieldsif.com.

A copy of the Notice and Form of Proxy will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism web-site at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
