I think that is majorly selling it short, but I suppose that depends on your time frame. If they want to uplist to Nasdaq by December 2025 then they need at least $4 per share. Uplisting to QX post merger and audit will hopefully get us well in that range as it will open the door to much more volume and then of course Nasdaq is an even bigger pool of investors.

Once Button is closed and audits complete, how are we not going to at least a buck 50??

Well Cohen owned half the O/S that he's giving to Button to make this deal.
He's got no skin in the game other than his preferred shares.
15m is one hell of a block to lose. Even if he could get 10% I don't think we have that many in the tradable free float under .75

His & Button's 15m is restricted for a full year.

For sure. And idk how anyone who is at least aware of this news would want to sell right now. I could see selling after if you are in it turn a quick buck on a short term basis, unlike the large long term gains we hope to acheive here. But ya, selling before news like this seems rather foolish and yet some folks are stilling doing it. I mean by the end of next week we could get news that they are buying $1M in stock or something. Who knows how much it will be but honestly with how easily this moves, even a relatively small amount of buying pressure will greatly increase share price.

Ya I mean this is definitely a good sign in all regards. I have half a mind to pull out some other investments and load more here honestly. I mean just think what 200k of buying pressure could do, think about $1mil. really just depends how much they intend to absorb and dwindle the float down even further. We only really have 14m shares to play with anyway. 200k could easily wipe another million shares out of the game in a manner of speaking.

Like selling shares, I wonder if there is a 10day, daily limit of what they can buy?
I've seen Home Depot, GE, Delta buy back their shares back in 2008. It turned around the entire S&P500. It became a thing to show confidence back then. It's a great tool to use.,

I just slapped the ask to get just a few more shares this morning. Sold one I had been holding at a loss for too long and took the bath and put it here. Should hopefully be worth well above what I lost even though it was a 70% red move. Shoulda cut ties with that one ages ago but such is life.

To be fair I don’t know if it’s “his upmost” if he’s only considering doing it if prices are “still this cheap” lol. Wouldn’t $0.20s-$0.30s still be cheap and worth the company buying back shares? I don’t know the answer to that so I guess we’ll have to wait and see till what level if any the buyback goes for? Actually we probably won’t have to wait and see because it’s looking like we’ll be at these levels till something big changes. 🤷‍♂️

If the stock buyback doesn't make you wanna buy more while Cohen doing his utmost to make this a JEM of an OTC to buy and hold I don't know what will.

All I know is Cohen is genuine, sincere and honest about everything he's been saying, he's actually delivering more than he initially said.

$AZRH - we will be announcing a treasury stock buy back program over the next few days if the stock price remains this cheap. We are working with our securities attorneys now, and will announce more details shortly.

Agreed, but I am looking at this one in particular from a future Nasdaq perspective, not so much OTC perspective. Both are valid, just different time frames I would say. I have always been "told" that a company stock buy back is a good thing. They are taking a bigger stake in their own game and it can have a positive pressure on share price. Overall, they are indiciating that they believe this is undervalued, otherwise they wouldn't say so. Hopefully they are correct in their assessment, and I think they are based on the numbers we have. We still need Button to close first though but with Cohen already owning a 25% private stake in Button, I think that deal is all but done.

this just proves again that OTC is group driven. when groups with money get behind a stock, they can push it as high as they want. or else it just sits there lifeless.

Guess I can't blame them for wanting to take advantage of these prices themselves but its hard to believe with a float of 14M basically available to buy that it would have stayed this low for PPS this long anyway. Definitely not complaining as I have picked up more shares than I had originally hoped but its crazy to me that the market still hasn't picked up on this one yet. Oh well, I'm gonna keep buying and waiting. I'm not worred about this one reaching its goal, the financials are there.

That was projected to be March 31, 2025 plus he just announced this week raising $2 mil to close that deal so I doubt it is that. Could be the merger for ATC into AZRH though since he was running around with them this past week and they previously showed their financials in the consolidated financial sheet and has stated that GPLS will come into the AZRH fold once he gets 100% ownership interest. That is my guess at the moment along with probably some deals announced with Mountain V and Freedom Well Testing but that is just my guess.

Another major effin announcement coming soon. Please tell me they're about to close the button deal !

Agreed, both here and ZHUD aren't even worth worrying about until we hit QX and then Nasdaq. For now, its accumulate while possible and wait to reap the rewards. Just gotta be patient and not let the day to day swing you too far one way or another. Cohen isn't doing it for fun or for free and Button isn't adding $45M in stock purchases just so they can lose money. People who don't see the potential are short sighted in my opinion. Let's wait and see where we are at at the end of the year.
